The PACIFICO PLATFORM seeks to mobilize financial resources, manage them and increase an endowment fund, with the goal of facilitating resources and financing for implementation of actions aimed at conservation of marine-coastal resources in the Tropical Eastern Central Pacific.
Functions:
The Trust is a legal instrument whose objective is to transfer the funds raised by the PACIFICO Platform for proper management, development and implementation of actions for conservation and sustainable use.
Governance of the trust
For the purposes of this Administrative Trust, all the decisions and instructions that THE FIDUCIARY (trust administrator) will execute will be approved by the COUNCIL (PACIFICO Foundation Council) and communicated in writing through the Executive Presidency of the COUNCIL.
